22 Aug 42 86 BAP - Pe-2 losses
 

On page 65 of Christer Bergstroms "Stalingrad" he indicates Lt. Heinz Schmidt of JG52 shooting down three (3) Pe-2's of 86 BAP.

Is anyone aware of who his opponents were i.e. pilots etc.?

Everything is ok exept that time does not match, and Selyverst's crew was shot down by Flak.

I think there is a mistake in time here. The third plane of 86 BAP was shot up in this skirmish and belly landed, crew unhurt. So all three claims can be verified, exept time that does not match...
