Hi guys

On Airliners.net appears a photograph showing inside of cockpit of a Russian Hurricane, which the caption states was shot down by friendly fire in 1942. No serial is mentioned.

The Hurricane is displayed at the Museum of Vadim Zadorozhny in Moscow.

Can anyone provide more details? Serial number? Date it was shot down and by whom/what? Pilot's identity? Fate?
