B-17 with Fliegerzielgeschwader 3

Hi all,
I have a loss on 15. Aug 1944 of a B-17 that was asigned to Fliegerzielgeschwader 3. Does anybody have any info regarding this B-17?

Are you sure that it is a B 17 and not a B71 ?

According to RL 2/III 868 Summarische Verluste it is a B 71.

That is what I was looking at RL 2 III 868 when I was at the Bundesarchiv. I looked at it twice to make shure. That's why I asked the question because it seemed strange. I guess it was a entry error.
