Hello,

I've already the Vol 1 oft Luftwaffe Gallery, it's great. 56 pages of interest. Some rare colour photos, many b/w photos and colour profiles from T.Dekker. For instance there are two b/w photos, left and right side, of a Bf 109 E "Black 8" from the 2./JG 53, summer 1940, Battle of Britain markings (yellow cowlings with red band) and also a colour profile. There are also some colour photos of other "red band" JG 53 aircraft. More than half of the booklet ist dedicated to the Bf 109, but it is fascinating aircraft. New to me was the chapter about tunic lapel badges, very interesting.
A must for each "Luftwaffe" buff, I'm looking forward to Vol 2.

Hi there Montana,

I can only concur to what Harry says: the photos are areally outstanding, the colour ones are quite unique, and for the price asked, they alone would suffice. All told, there is a distinct "Dora Kurfurst und Rote 13 " flavour, with quite outstanding colour profiles. I thoroughly enjoyed this first volume.

Cheers
Marc

I received my copy yesterday. It's even better than my expectation. The rare photo collection and lavish profiles can beat any Luftwaffe im Focus issue. The price is also well pitched. Highly recommended! You may obtain your copy by contacting the publisher directly : hoves@telenet.be
For more details of the book you may visit: http://www.luftwaffe.be

Nice book. Nice set of photos. My only complaint is that some of the background page, non-photographic art work, is a bit 'busy'. Tends to distract from the presentation.

Hi folks!

Got my copy last week!

Great photographs and nice profile artwork. The only thing I don't like so much is the layout. The brickwall and picture frame backgrounds are a little bit overdone I think. But as always design and layout is subjective. Most important are the photographs, and they are great!

Hello,

Thank you for your kind words and your opinion regarding the general lay-out. Thierry and I take them as great encouragement.

I have a very special proposal for the members of TOCH.
As you imagine, we are looking to promote our publication 'LuGa'. Do you know an aviation or a war museum shop, or a model shop in your area that might be interested in selling this book?
If so then I have a proposition for you. If you will undertake to introduce our book to your local aviation museum shop or similar outlet then we will send you a free copy of 'LuGa' so that you can do just that! Help us get our books out there and we in return undertake to produce more great issues like this one.
If you are interested, send e-mail me at hoves/a/telenet.be.
Cheers

Erik
