Information Concerning Zerstorer crew member - 24th may 1942
 

Hi,

Compiling spreadsheet of fighter aircrew sterbebild and have a few blanks.

I wondered if anyone could help:

1. michael Brandner - Bordfunker with Zerstorer group who died in a flying death on 24.05.1942.

2. Uffz. Wilhelm Benning/Genning who fell on the night of the 7/8.09.1941 as a nightfighter

3. Uffz. Xaver Hofauer who fell on the 08.02.1944 in the West

For Brandner all I can make out is Bf110F of III/ZG26 on Feindflug Tripoli to Benghazi ? crew of Ff Ltn, Bf Brandner and a Bs.

The Balss book shows Uffz Wilhelm Benning and Gef Dieter Fast as killed on Feindflug in crash of Bf110D-3 wn 3673 of 1/NJG3 at Emelage/Bakum bei Vechta - crash in airbattle.
