Looking for info. on a Bf 109E-3

I'm trying to find any available information on a specific E-3 flown by JFS 1 in Feb. of 1942 from Trondheim. In photos the aircraft still carried factory codes of VI+JJ and a side number of Yellow 25. Manufacturing date, factory and any other data would be greatly appreciated. WNr. would be especially welcome. Thanks in advance.
