Albert Miesbach

Dr. Albert Miesbach should served as Staboffizier in Luftflotte 3 in 1939 - 1940. Does somebody know more about this officer? Die he ever fly? What was his rank?

I have searched our officer career database and have found nothing about such a fellow. Similarly, the Kracker database has nothing about him either.
