Unidentified Luftwaffe General (photo)

Can anyone identify this Luftwaffe General? He was seen with the C-in-C of the Hungarian air force, in the early 1940s.

With the risk of causing a bit if an inflation with the name, but doesn't this look a bit like Bruno Loertzer again? :o
