Hi Clin
Sorry i made a mistake Alain57 |
Re: CG+GF
I presume you mean FW-190?
There is no record that I am aware of for any aircraft allocated this stkz, however CG+GE was He-111 E1 w.nmr.558. The next known entry CG+GT was for a Ju-87B, Either it was a factory code or else perhaps for some special testing unit? |
Re: CG+GF
CG+GI was a Fw190 made very beg. of 1942 or maybe late 1941

Re: CG+GF
Hello Alain,
Fascinating to read that someone after more than 800 postings seems not to know that such a code is called a Stammkennzeichen and (normally) can not be linked to a specific unit unless it pops up somewhere in a flight log book of a pilot, known to be flying for a specific unit. I assume that you fell victim to one of the famous and most tasteful Belgian beers (which is no shame at all)! All the best, Marcel www.fliegerhorst-venlo.net |
Re: CG+GF
Hello Marcel ,
I think you are right " about that Belgian beer " , i must have posted this on one of these " tropical days " we had some weeks ago . Indeed a hell of a mistake!!!!! Greetings Alain57 |
