Information concerning the Loss of Oberfeldwebel Josef Wagner - 26.07.1944

Hi,

Bought for me an unusual death notice of a veteran stuka crew member.

Josef Wagner was lost on the 26th July 1944 at Jaworowo in Russia.

He had been awarded the Iron Cross First Class and Golden Frontfliers badge.

Can anyone tell me the fate of the rest of the crew, which unit he was with and, if possible, how many battle flights he had flown?

Josef Wagner wurde noch nicht auf einen vom Volksbund errichteten Soldatenfriedhof überführt oder konnte im Rahmen unserer Umbettungsarbeiten nicht geborgen werden.
