looking for a stuka man
 

Hi, recently a chap popped into the Sywell Aviation museum with a hat.

the hat is in poor condition, no liner, no insignia a little moth nipped but fairly good considering its age.

i belonged to his father who was a stuka pilot and was shot down and captured in the BofB (allegedly)

his fathers name was gansbuehler.

We have contact details and we are hoping the insignia will turn up. It is promised to us if it does turn up.

anyway to my question - what do we know if anything about mr gansbuehler
