Unknown embleme on Fi 156 - help needed

Hi all.
Can anyone recognize embleme on engine cover of this Fi 156?

Which unit did it belong to, or was it a personal embleme of some pilot? Photo was taken on eastern front in September 1941.
Any information would be welcomed.
