Robert/LeGrand, 153 Sqn

Hi,

I'm trying to ID the nationalities of this 153 Sqn crew, circa 1943:

P/O Robert & P/O LeGrand

They claimed a Cant Z.1007bis damaged, 24/2/43. Any help appreciated.

Crashed in sea off Tunisian coast.

Both commemorated on the Malta Memorial.

Having found a possible match at the WW2 Australian Nominal Roll, I had suspected Robert was RAAF; thanks for your help Col.
