40 Sqn loss, July 7th 1944?

Hi

Can anyone help me the details of a 40 Sqn loss, on the above date. One of the crew was navigator Ernest Hall, 172562, who is buried in Klagenfurt War Cemetery, Austria.

Many thanks

Simon

Thanks for the reply welss.

Like my 608 Sqn query, this has been solved over on RAF Commands too:

Hall evidently was the pilot.
