The lighting in your photo prevents me from clearly seeing the letters and numbers. Can you post the letters and numbers with appropriate spacing?

= 4th Light Infantry Regiment L. Volunteer

I don't know what the "L." stands for — perhaps Latvian or Lithuanian?

4th Company (I Battalion) of the Luftwaffen-Jäger-Regiment 41
= 4. Kompanie (I. Bataillon) Jäger-Regiment 41 (L)
