Abschuss by Schaufer 21 July 1944

Gentleman.

On 21 July 1944 the Lancaster LS-G R5904 was shot down near the hamlet of Steelhoven (Noord Brabant). Is this a Abschuss by Hauptman Heinz Wolfgang Schnaufer.
According Lt. Frizt Rumpelhardt Flugbuch they had shot down that night between 00.45 and 02,28 hour two planes!

Schnaufer did indeed claim two victories that night, Lancaster I (LM183) "WP-L" of 90 Sqn, RAF flown by F/Lt PJ Rossington, all killed at 1:40 1.5 kilometers north of Boxtel at 4,500 meters and Lancaster I (R5904) "LS-G" of 15 Sqn, RAF flown by F/Lt WJ Bell, 6 killed, 1 POW at 1:51 eight kilometers north of Breda at 2,500 meters as his 85th and 86th victories.
