I've got the following:

He 111 P-2 of 8./KG 54 shot down during attack at Wevelgem airfield & crashed at Hulste.
FF Uffz Walter Zenner baled out and captured unhurt.
BO Gefr Gerhard Mühlenbrink, BF Gefr Heinz Karing, and HS Gefr Paul Groß all killed.

Nothing on Fw Sedlak.

Kind regards,
Rudi.

Re: KIA May 10,1940, Belgium

Thanks a lot, RudiS, Alain57,Matti Salonen and RT for your superquick response!
To be clear (I tried to explain some time ago already once to some members):
my friend Frans P.(you can have his private mail if necessary), has almost finished his book about the crashes during the 18 days war in Belgium.
Now he's making a recap from all items having a shortage of information. As he doesn't write english, I try to help him as much as I can and of course : with your kindfull help !
Most of his information comes from official archives. If you have any questions, pls do ask.
I have still some other questions to ask (for him).
RT: I did not mixed mixed the two men, only there was no space between the two lines with their names, so I taught it was 1 item....sorry !
Thks again, fredcompa

I would therefore strongly recommend that your friend gets Peter Cornwell's book on the Battle of France so as to avoid mistakes and to prevent nugatory work for you
