Do.217 crash, Blois, France, 25/26.10.1941

Anyone got any information on Do.217 U5+KP/wnr 4201 that came down at Blois on the night of 25/26 October 1941? Readers will notice that I am already familiar with Ulf Balke's Der Luftkrieg in Europa.
