New members will be quarantined

Unfortunately we're suffering ever increasing levels of spam attacks, therefor we've now established a quadruple defense.

- human verification
- e-mail verification
- moderated membership
- quarantine area

Sorry for all the legitimate aspiring members, but enough is enough.
