6/02 - Bf109s on eBay - (2)

Hi,

we'll close the day with four pictures; but three links!

1. http://cgi.ebay.de/2-Jagd-Flugzeug-M...item3cb4eb3652
Rote 10 - we have seen this plane (hole in fuselage is a clue) but two new pictures here.
2. http://cgi.ebay.com/WWII-GERMAN-LUFT...item1e615bdc85
IV.JG 5
3. http://cgi.ebay.de/Foto-ME-109-Bruch...item27b88e3279
most probably JG 54 judging by the Fw190 picture offered by same seller.

Regards & good night.

Franck.

Concerning the Bf109G, #3, I have one registered loss for February 1943 in Sologubowka:

9/2/1943 I./JG 54 Bf109G-2 WNr.10321 KA+KW 10% Msch BL Fl.Pl. Mga-Sologubowka. No code, no pilot.

This aircraft has been seen before. I have 2 photos saved. I believe it is more likely a JG 77 machine in the North African/Med theater.

Hi Don,

I find it's easier to get a comment when writing something wrong...
I recognise that writing JG 5 with GI on the picture did sound strange for me; It's the first time I see a JG77 plane picture with that circle. I'm sorry.

Thanks Don.

Franck.
