Highly Decorated Luftwaffe Hauptmann Tunic
 

A highly decorated DKiG & Spanish Cross Luftwaffe Pilot's tunic with the rank of Hauptmann. The tunic is un-named but the amount and position of the ribbon loops (8 sets) possibly indicate a pilot, and with the amount of awards it is entirely possible that this airman was a Knights Cross winner, but that is just an educated assumption.

The awards shown are space fillers just to demonstrate the amount of loops.

There is a stain on the lower left flap that is on the front & reverse and also on the left sleeve. It looks like it could be a water stain and I am sure that this could be removed with a proper clean but I will leave that to someone who knows what they are doing in that respect. It is in the same condition as I received it, for all I know it could of occurred during the mans service. A little of the stitching along the top of the liner has come loose (possibly due to the forceful removal of a tailors/name label but that is just a guess.)
Despite these relatively small points this is a fantastic chance to obtain a highly decorated Luftwaffe officers tunic, which doesn't come around very often and would possibly cost a lot more on a dealers site, even with the stain.
