Codes of Lancaster W4108 (1654e Conversion Group)

On the 14th of September 1942 the Lancaster MKI (W4108) from the W4108 (1654e Conversion Group) crashed near the Dutch town of Oudehorne. I do some research about this crash.
Now i looking for the Codes on the plain for the 1654e Conversion Group en a callletter. I hope somebody knows.

I’m also looking on the internet for a badge of 1654e Conversion Group. But I can't find it. thus the 1654e have a badge..??
