Translation and position of a ju88 plate

Hello,

would some nice german speaking guy translate the plate attached ("Achtung, Kuppeln und Entkuppeln der Austimmwelle nur.. Nullstellung des Zählwerks u. des Crehkondensators")

and if possible, position it in the JU88 cockpit ?

If the "Austimmwelle" is an Austrimmwelle and the "Crehkondensator" is a Drehkondensator, I'd like to translate it as follows:

Attention, to clutch and declutch of the outtrimming-shaft only...zero-position of the (counting)-meter and of the turning-condenser
