Cross is so small we don't see it. Remind me that one with "Pfeil"; Better JG 76 then. Camo is similar too.

VG+OL not an help. A Bf109F? G-2 or G-4?? The only unit I have in Lemberg (for the moment...) are Stab JG 51, III./JG 52 and IV/JG 54 in 1944!! Doesn't sound good.

The canopy of the VG+OL looks IMHO like a Bf 109 F.

I concur that the V G + O L is a Bf 109F. Besides the windscreeen frame, we cannot see an octane triangle high up on the fuselage spine. The standing figures seem to obscure the triangle below the cockpit that should have been present on a Bf 109F.
