Does anybody have a photo of Maj Rolf Leuchs that I could pass on to the family of one of the airmen he shot down?

Can you provide some more info on Maj. Leuchs. What element was he with (day / nightfighters), what squadron, airbase etc.? Somehow the name sounds familiar, possibly nightfighters?

It sure does, thanks. It seems that he has been operating many times over Holland and has possibly been stationed on a Dutch nightfighter base. See if I can find a picture.

That is one of the books I was going to look into for a picture. I knew the name sounded familiar.
