14/03 - Bf109s on eBay

Hi there,

Only two pictures tonight; I use to wait a little but the "hunt" is funny.
1. http://cgi.ebay.de/G163-Flugzeug-Me1...item3cb5fefa1b
Passchendaele = Passendale; South of Ypres. JG 26? ...
2. http://cgi.ebay.de/2-WK-FOTO-ME-109-...item3cb604d7c5
This one is more easy: 8./JG 53 (Wide yellow band is enough) or Prien JFV, Teil 6/II page 153. Before getting this info, I had two "guesses"; Karl Witzel or Rudolf Müller.
Many F-2 lost with these two guys during the same period (roughly) and, at least, three Schwarze 6.

Two questions:
1/ Do we see victory markings on picture 2 ?? (Should be simple then)
2/ 27/8/1941 is the date for Witzel plane's loss. No crops around?? Already harvested ? But the field seems to be ploughed, not harvested.

Though, obviously, the plane situation is close to the 80% described.

Any other comments?

Regards, Franck.

Yeah yeah yeah Chris,

But I prefer to use my own judgment first.

Coming back to this "crops" story, it's good to know that the crop circle is shorter in Russia than in western Europe. They need to use seed variants to match the necessities: short time to ascomplish the whole circle: Plough, harvest and plant the seeds without talking about resistant variants to local conditions.

The present eBay picture is interesting, comparing with the Prien one, showing a wide space of the land and it is showing us a bare ploughed ground inside that short time I described above.

Hence the question:
At what time of that plant/ground circle the picture has been taken or at what moment of the said crop circle the picture (showing a bare ploughed soil) has been taken ?
June? then Müller plane.
August? Then Witzel plane.

Tschüss, Franck.
