FAA carrier colours
Hi,
Does anyone know what the Fleet Air Arm chevron colours were pre-war. I have seen a photo of a Hawker Osprey from HMS Eagle dated 1932 and wondered what the chevorn colour was. Thanks, Alex |
HMS Eagle
The Chevron colour was black for HMS Eagle aircraft at this time.
I hope this helps |
Hi Larry,
Thanks. Would you know what the other carriers colours were for this period? I know Ospreys operated from Courageous, Hermes and Furious. Alex |
