Seeking DFC citation

Hi guys,

I have had no luck finding a DFC citation for Henryk Szczesny (74, 302 & 317 sqns)

I have searched endlessly on the London Gazette site but can't find it and I wondered if anyone here has come across it before?

He was awarded a DFC on 30th October 1941.

Non-Commonwealth gongs were never gazetted. For some cases I understand it was to protect family in occupied countries.
