Ju52 losses Jan-Feb.1944 off Nikolajew
 

Hello, friends!

According to KTB 72.AK:

30.Jan.1944 Ju52 made a forced landing 1 km east of Antschekrak (~ 46.47N 31.42E, SW of Nikolajew) after attack of 3 fighters. Crew was rescued.

01.Feb.1944 Ju52 (Kurier a/c of Army Group "A") was downed 6 km west of Antschekrak (~ 46.47,5N 31.35E). 2 killed, 11 wounded.

Who know any details (a/c units, W.Nr, names, time etc)?

The unit is possibly the 3. Transportgeschwader which was supplying the "Korsun" pocket during that time. I don't have anything else at the momemt. On the 01Feb44 13 Ju 52 from that unit were shot down by VVS fighters after taking off from the airfield at Korsun.

Hello, Nokose!

It seems very doubtful. The airlift bases of the "Korsun" pocket were Uman', Golta and Proskurov (lets look on the map), all of them too far from the place of losses in question.
More likely these losses were during Crimea airlift or routine duty along the south flank of Heeresgruppe A.
