ID of FL Hs126 in Maastricht area of Holland mid-May 1940

You guys did such a great job on the last one near Maastricht, let's see if you can get the ID of this one. Last codes appear to be "IM."

This was from the same collection of Oblt Lau of 8./StG2 down in the Maastricht area on May 11th.

Any help would be appreciated. In such a populated area, there are likely to have been many other photos taken of this incident. If anybody has copies of these I'd appreciate knowing about them.
