I am endeavouring to Beg, Borrow or Steal (even buy!) the following two limited small booklets.

Try John Foreman and Chris, John has the Genders book, as I was there when he got it, and Chris has Ken Watts book.

Just looking up Bookfinder, there appears to be one for sale but at an eye watering amount -

It appears to be a single copy multiply listed starting from about $Aus 175 and up.

I originally thought you were referring to a similar title about the diaries of a AFC mechanic John Bull which is much more common.
