long tailwheel on Bf 109G-6/ short v-stab G-14?

hello,

were some made that way? was it a field modification? I have one drawing of a G-14 with the Erla canopy / long tailwheel / short v-stab. would real like to see some photos of them. its for a 1:5 scale Bf109 I'm building. thanks in advance!
