Walter Waiss logbook collection

Has anyone had any dealings with this gentleman regarding his Luftwaffe flying logbook collection? The reason I ask, is because apparently he has the logbook of a bomber pilot who I am interested in. Does he swap, copy or sell logbooks?
(I cannot find any contact details for him on the internet) Any info appreciated.
