How to request an IDPF
On the C-47 Salerno 1943 crash thread and also on other forums some difficulty was signalled when using a particular e-mail address to obtain an IDPF report of killed US servicemen. I also sent a test message to that address, only to receive the undeliverable answer.
So I contacted the Human Resources Command directly on their general address what best to do. It appears in their reply that foia.hrc is now hrc.foia instead? As Dennis already wrote, the postal address is now at Fort Knox, KY and not Alexandria, VA anymore. But here is the info I received: Thank you for your recent inquiry to the Human Resources Contact Center(HRCC) in reference to Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA). FOIA email address is "HRC.FOIA@conus.army.mil" and mailing address is: U.S. Army Human Resource Command ATTN: AHRC-FOI 1600 Spearhead Division Avenue Fort Knox KY 40122-5504 If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact HRCC at: Commercial: 1-888-276-9472 (888-ARMYHRC) Email: askhrc.army@us.army.mil I trust it will work out fine now. Re: How to request an IDPF
Thanks Leendert, I edited my posts at Matteo's thread, so that the old address is no longer visible.
