FW0190D-9 Identity

Does anyone know the identity of this Crash landed Fw-190D?

Looks like W.Nr.212133 "White 1" supposedly shot down on 20/4/45. There's a similar picture on page 175 of the first of the JaPo Fw 190D volumes. There can't be two aircraft with identical holes in the port engine cowling and damage to the top of the radiator cowling.
