British Fighter crash Nr Coventry, 4 December 1940

I have come across a reference to a British Fighter (believed Hurricane) which came down on 4th December 1940. A collision with a balloon cable was involved at some point with the fighter aircraft.

Does anyone have an Accident Card handy for this, that they could scan me in jpeg 'Greyscale' 150-300 dpi and pm / email me please?

Thanks Mark

Mark,
This must have been Hurricane Mk.I serial V7071 of 308 (Polish) Sqn, flown by F/O Ryszard KOCZOR - PAF P.1036, buried Baginton (St.John the Baptist) Churchyard. Collided with balloon cable, stalled on approach and dived into ground at Baginton.
Regards,
Henk.
