Hello Ian,

Thank you very much for these pictures. They show several Breguet 521 Bizerte used by 1./Seenotstaffel, based at Brest Poulmic late in 1940. Some pictures show the Bizerte coded KD+BC, damaged on the Argenton beach (North of Brest) during night 9/10 November 1940, because of the tempest, after having picked up 2 crewmen of a He 111 shot down by a Blenheim off Wessant island. Other pictures of the damaged KD+BC are inserted in an article of the French magazine "AVIONS" (n° 178 dated November-December 2010).
