Help Identifying the Signatures

Dear All.

I bought this book Escape to Freedom with around 20 veterans Signatures on it. I have identified around 8
1. Ken Knott - What Sqn?
2. Don Brown -
3. Ted Cachart -
4. Jimmy James
5. Doug Fry
6. George Cash
7. Walter Morrison
8. John Mailings

Can anyone help me identify the rest so i can keep a record of the signatures. If you know the veterans sqn etc this will also be helpful.

This may help you sort out the names. A lot of them seem to be the same signees and their names and squadrons are spelled out at the bottom of the page:
