Aces High V1 has WILLIAMS credited on the 15/16 June 1944 night with 1 Bf110G & 1 Fw190 destroyed, and 2 unidentified a/c damaged, Le Culot Airfield.
Could fit with the 2 a/c of HATSELL's D.F.C. citation, MITCHELL being credited with only a 1/2 Ju88 (air) when in 605 Sqdn.
Maybe not the usual pilot/nav crew, Aces High V2 has WILLIAMS teaming with Francis Emslie HOGG (N.Z.391383) in 23 Sqdn, 51 OTU, 60 OTU & 605 Sqdn.
