KG and KG(J) Me 262 units.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any books that covered the KG and KG(J) Me 262 units. I already have plenty of information on regular fighter units such as JG 7 and Jv 44, but can't find any useful information on the Bomber units that flew the Me 262. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

One book in English and one in German as follows:

Obviously there's a mass of information in the 4-volume Classic Publications history of the Me 262 and my own minor contributions are online at:

Krichter,

Concerning KG(J)54: see the final chapter(s) of the book
Kampfgeschwader 54 - Von der Ju 52 zur Me 262
Eine Chronik nach Kriegstage büchern, Berichten und Dokumenten 1935 - 1945
Siegfried Radtke
Schild Verlag GmbH (1990)
It will be a challenge to find that one!

Checkmate
Gelbe 3 / B3+?T Me 262 A-1a, WNr. 17030? III./KG(J) 54
David E. Brown & David Wadman
Experten Historical Avation Research, Inc (1997)

David is a regular poster on this forum, so perhaps he still has some booklets left

Messerschmitt Me 262s of KG & KG(J) units
Luftwaffe over the Czech Territory - 1945 Vol III
David E. Brown, Ales Janda, Tomas Poruba & Jan Vladar
JaPo (2010)

Probably the best and most up to date study of planes and history
Perhaps available through David or see http://www.japo.eu/home.php

There are different articles or mentions made in different publications (even pictures) dealing of those planes scattered in different publications, but I do not have my list (far from complete) under hands now

Hope this helps,

Philippe

It was just announced on their blog today so no real details yet.
However on Amazon, Osprey titles up to June are now viewable so I expect in another month July 2012 Osprey titles will be viewable on Amazon.com and co.uk so further details on the title including author and synopsis will be available. When it shows up on Amazon I'll post a link to it here.
