Hello Lino,

That must have been the crew of Rolf-Armin Kissing (pilot) and Ludwig Reichardt (Bordfunker), both of 11./NJG 1

As I have two Bf110's of this 11./NJG 1 crashing this night - and not being near my other sources, I cannot link yet one of these with the crew mentioned above.

All the best, Marcel / Venlo

According to the book "Deutsche Nachtjagd Personalverluste in Ausbildung und Einsatz - fliegendes Personal -" by Michael Balss, the Bf 110 G-4 WNr 180406 G9+BY of 11./NJG 1 crashed due to enemy fire 25 km east of Münster during the night of 23-24 September 1944.

Crew:
Ofhr. Ludwig Reichardt KIA
Uffz. Vinzenz Schnabel Baled out, WIA
Gefr. Rudi Hollmann KIA

Thanks a lot for information and quick help.
I'm currently in contact with a Reichart family member and
will forward the info to them.

BTW: The correct lastname is "Reichart". (The name seems to have, at least phonetically correct, changed in every source. Even his death card named "Reichhart")
