Mediterranean Combat Reports 1943

Does anyone have an account of the combats of Crerar/Charles & Wild/Gibbon of 46 Sqn when they shot down a KG 100 ac on 14 Nov 43 and McKeown/Dixon of 252 Sqn on 13 Sep 43 when they shot down a Wekusta 26 Ju 88?

The only reference I have to either of these is to the ORB entries. For the MTO I sometimes find combat reports in the Appendix volumes, but not in these cases.
By any chance do you have full names for any of these air crew?
