Bf 110 crash at Villers sous Chalamont

Has anyone any record of a crash at this location? The photo I have shows a Genrdarme standing in front of the wreckage and by the looks of it, it would have been late Winter early spring 1940. The photo, a Keystone photo, has on the back "Besancon (Villers sous Chalamont)"

This is the only one I know at that location. Those brothers stole this Bf 110 and flew it to France.

1939-05-10, Bf 110C-1, 979, Villers-sous-Chalamont, Hindernisberührung infolge Schlechtwetter. Bruch 100 %.

This Bf 110 crashing in France before the war was the result of an operatioh of the French secret service. There are more details in an "Hors-Series" of Avions magazine about the Bf 110 losses in France in 39-41, but I am away from home and from my books now.

Thanks all including Dan Gilberti. The photo I have doesn't match any of the ones I have seen but the Gendarme in one if the photos is the same!
