Crash of a Bf 109 of JFS 4 on 3 November 1941

Hello,

I have a note about a Bf 109 D-1 of JFS 4 crashing on 3 November 1941 near Schleiden, Germany. Pilot was killed. No other details known.

Would be interested by the name of the pilot and the WNr of the aircraft, and a confirmation of the crashplace (could be the precise crashplace or a general area in my (now lost) original source).

1941-11-03, 4./Jagdfl.Schule 4, Bf 109D-1, 2589, Schleiden, 30 km südöstlich Aachen, Bodenberührung infolge Schlechtwetter. Bruch 100 %.
