Unknown Jagdwaffe emblem?

An unknown emblem is shown at ebay http://www.ebay.de/itm/SUPER-FOTO-2-...item2eb904da49
It looks like a combination of several emblems, at the bottom is the II./JG5 emblem being held by a micky mouse (often used by schlacht units) sitting on an aircraft....any ideas much appreciated.
