The Bf110 is interesting. Probably this one.
Bf 110 C-4, Wk. Nr. 3588 and LN+DR from Z-Staffel I./JG 77, which was lost on 19.07.41, when shot down by AA-fire around Warlamowo, crew, (F) Lt. Dietrich Klappenbach MIA (Bf) Gefr. Rudolf Methke MIA.... I believe the Fw190 White 4 of JG54 was lost at Schlusselburg, outside Leningrad. Basically undamaged and was then repaired and test flown by the Soviets. regards MS |

In "Bomber" section : 0285 Ju 88 A-5 F6+AK 2.(F)/122 (Luftflotte 2 East) OPS (F) mis (100%) unk location (Moskau-Kuluga) 25.07.1941 (F Lt. Wilhelm Stuckmann, B Fw. Wilfred Ahders, BF Gefr. Bruno Siewert and BM Gefr. Werner Ludwig missing) [Note: Crash-landing in Soviet territory; whole broken wreck was moved to Moskau and put on show in Swerdlowsk Square (1941): photo in Soviet magazine (06.2002) rep there as W.Nr. 880285; photos of F6+AK in the LIFE magazine collection taken by photographer Margaret Bourke-White ´at Theatre Square, Esta, USSR´ and as it was found ´crashed in woods´ before] 3306 Ju 88 A-5 4D+RN II/KG 30 (Luftflotte 5 East) OPS (F) technical troble and crash (90%) at Moskowiski Bay [USSR] 19.09.1941 (crew not reported, likely escaped or saved by Seaplane?) [code 4D+RN fm RT on TOCH forum 07.06.2008; picture in "Ju 88 A" Profile No.29 and other press photo on eBay 12.2010 (?)] |
