Franz Federbusch combat?
Searching for details regarding regarding the shooting down of Franz Federbusch possibly during the early part of January 1945? Franz passed away in hospital on the 24.01.45. Can anyone help us please.
Any further info regarding the combat, aircraft type and unit of Franz would be really appreciated. Kind regards Melvin www.aircrewremembrancesociety.com |
Re: Franz Federbusch combat?
Hmm, I did name searches in most of my main tables with no matches. Any idea what type of unit he may have been with?

Re: Franz Federbusch combat?
Hi guys, I was starting to panic! The info I recieved, which was sparse came into us from a relative. I appreciate your effort Jim, but GRM you have surpassed yourself!
Thanks again, Melvin www.aircrewremembrancesociety.com |
Re: Franz Federbusch NON-combat
Mr. Brownless,
You're welcome, but your thanks are really owed to Jim, for, being a school-related loss, it's entirely likely he's the one who added this one to our db. We made a conscious decision years ago to include "everything," for while the fighter planes attract the most attention, we didn't want the more-obscure aircraft types to 'feel neglected.' "Research is ongoing." We do appreciate your thanks. GRM |
Re: Franz Federbusch combat?
