Quite a common award to a non-combatant with a fairly common signature and the estimate is way too high to be honest. Just an opinion but a more realistic estimate would be around $130 at most.

I would agree with Hucks the estimate is way to high. In this instance a soldier with a Luftwaafe construction battalion.

Document quite common.
