Help for the identification of the persons

Hi all,
can anyone identify the persons (except Hermann Göring) on the attached picture and date and place its shooting? On the opposite side is written (I think it is not necessary to translate): „Der Reichsmarschall besuchte Ende Januar (1942) seine in Sizilien liegenden Luftwaffenverbände, um sich von deren Einsatzbereitschaft und Schlagkraft zu überzeugen.“
