More questions on another JG 54 loss

Hello,

Still checking JG 54 Rosipal file, in it there is a loss on 16 February 1944, an Uffz Gustav Wrobbel of ErgGr who died when his Bf 109 G-6 (no WNr) crashed west of Delitzsch during a ferry flight.

While the Volksbund database has a Fw Gustav Wrobel who died on 13 February 1944 5 km north of Delitzsch airfield.

Even if the rank, the number of b in the family name, the date and the direction from Delitzsch are different, I think there is a strong possibility that these both entries are for the same guy and incident.

So it anybody as a NVM for him, or an entry in the Schulen losses (possible he was a member of a flying school or of FlüG 1), I will be pleased to see these details.

Best regards

Laurent

Thanks Matti, once gain you help is really appreciated

Well this NVM is a mix between Volksbund and JG 54 loss list, so I guess this is my man. I just wonder how he ended on the JG 54 file of Rosipal....

Same Wrobbel who flew with 9./JG 54 and was injured on 21.7.1943.
